About The Role
The IT Infrastructure Engineer is an integral member of the IT department, responsible for delivering, maintaining, and optimising secure, stable infrastructure services that support the organisation’s critical business operations. Acting as a technical specialist and trusted advisor, you will translate complex technical requirements into practical infrastructure solutions. You will work collaboratively with internal stakeholders, project teams, and external partners to implement and support infrastructure components across on‑premises, cloud, and hybrid environments.
What You Will Bring
- Proven experience in an infrastructure engineering role within a complex working environment, with expertise in modern infrastructure technologies.
- Strong expertise in hybrid Active Directory, Azure AD, and identity management.
- Experience with virtualisation platforms and administering enterprise backup solutions (Rubrik experience highly advantageous).
- Solid understanding of ITIL processes and service management.
- Experience contributing to or leading cloud migration projects, including workload assessment, planning, execution, and post‑migration optimisation.
- Microsoft certifications are desirable.
- Proactive, detail‑oriented, with strong communication and collaboration skills, delivering high‑quality work while driving innovation and continuous improvement.
