About The Role

The Executive Admin Assistant plays a key role in City Building, providing high-level administrative and organisational support to senior leaders to ensure efficient business operations aligned with strategic priorities. This role involves managing complex diaries and inboxes, coordinating meetings and communications across departments, and supporting high-level boards through document preparation and minute‑taking. It also includes resolving administrative issues, handling sensitive information with confidentiality, and contributing to effective decision‑making. Strong organisational, IT, and interpersonal skills are essential, along with the ability to work independently and maintain high professional standards.

What You Will Bring

You will be an experienced administrative professional with a proven track record of supporting senior leaders. You will have a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office software and demonstrate excellent administrative, organisational, and communication skills with a key understanding of confidentiality whilst handling sensitive information. You will be confident in managing a varied workload independently, using your initiative to make informed decisions and resolve issues proactively. You will work efficiently under pressure while maintaining high levels of accuracy and professionalism. A relevant qualification/certification in Administration or equivalent is advantageous.
