Fire & Security Technician
Location: Glasgow
Contract Type: Permanent
Working Hours: 42.5 Hours Per Week
Summary: Technical specialist responsible for first call response and maintenance of Fire, CCTV, EAS, Access Control, PA, and Automatic Pedestrian Gates across designated stores.
Key Responsibilities
- Undertake maintenance and repairs in accordance with KPI’s set by the customer, including response, repair, first fix, and closure.
- Ensure all planned, reactive and statutory works for CCTV are carried out in accordance with contractual obligations as set out in the City FM Bookcase.
- Complete the PPM works within agreed timescales and ensure all necessary paperwork is completed accurately following laid‑down procedures and satisfactory standards.
Qualifications / Experience
- GCSE standard.
- Electrical Competency Qualification (NVQ/City & Guilds).
- Fire alarm systems experience.
The Ideal Candidate
- Experience with CCTV IP/analogue systems.
- Current driving licence.
- IPAF licence holder.
- Willingness to work flexible hours.
