We have a new role! We’re looking for a People Partner to work closely with our People Director and Head of People, helping support the different functions across the Enterprise teams.
This standalone role offers the chance to manage all things people-related with remote assistance from our People Team based in London. You’ll take ownership of administrative tasks throughout the employee lifecycle, including issuing contracts, change letters, and filing, as well as processing monthly payroll.
You’ll work alongside business area leads to develop learning and development plans, collaborating with the Head of Enterprise to address capability gaps. Together with the People Team, you’ll introduce talent mapping initiatives and contribute to our strategic DEI approach, embedding practices that promote diversity, equity, and inclusion across the Duchy.
