Location – This position is office-based (Restormel) (and we operate a hybrid/flexible working model.)
Ready to take your first step into the world of rural estate management? Join us in an impactful role where land, people, and planet truly come together. We\’re on the lookout for a passionate and driven Graduate Rural Estate Surveyor to help manage our dynamic and diverse property portfolio in the stunning heart of mainland Cornwall.
You\’ll be part of a small, expert team at the forefront of natural capital, sustainability, and rural innovation-contributing to the management of a mix of agricultural, residential, and commercial properties. From rent reviews to infrastructure projects and working alongside forestry and future farming specialists, no two days will be the same.
What You\’ll Be Doing
- Hands-on estate management across our rural portfolio
- Supporting the delivery of natural capital and net zero projects
- Engaging in key landlord and tenant matters, property lettings, and project work
- Working closely with in-house specialists across a range of disciplines
- Helping to deliver on our mission for people, places, and the planet
What You\’ll Bring
- A degree accredited by RICS and a hunger to qualify via the rural APC pathway (full support provided)
- A keen eye for detail and a proactive, professional approach
- Confidence in health & safety compliance and managing property matters
- IT savvy, especially with Microsoft Office (and eager to learn more!)
