The job comprises:
- Warehouse work - Monday to Friday 8.30am - 5.00pm, with 30-minute lunchbreak
- Manual handling for sale preparation
- Able bodied, as some lifting is required, very physical job
- Forklift driver would be an advantage (not essential)
- Dealing with a wide assortment of items from car spares to electrical stock, ever changing, no two days the same
- To write clear and precise descriptions for catalogue. Training will be given on the inhouse description style (neat handwriting is preferred)
- Ability to work to strict deadlines
- Photographing items for online sale catalogue
- Communicating with buyers face to face to manage their collection of goods after the auctions
