About you:
We are looking to recruit an experienced teacher of BTEC Physics within our Science Department. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality and engaging lectures and providing guidance to students pursuing various science-related courses. As a Physics teacher, you will contribute to the academic development of our students and play a crucial role in their professional growth.
This is a maternity cover position until 4th July 2025.
About the role:
You will be required to teach the Level 2 and Level 3 BTEC Physics course with other curriculum responsibilities that include assessment, feedback, student pastoral care, tracking student achievement and maintaining high quality standards in line with awarding organisations.
You will also support the curriculum manager in tracking student achievement, retention and attendance and attend curriculum review meetings.
