Capital City College Enterprise (CCCE) is seeking an Operational Facilities Officer on a permanent basis to deliver high standards of facilities management across our college campuses in London.
You will manage tasks via CAFM, supervise maintenance activities, and coordinate with campus teams.
The role requires working towards or possessing a professional qualification in estates or facilities.
IOSH/NEBOSH is preferred, and experience with BMS and both hard and soft FM services is advantageous.
