About the role:

As a Lecturer, you will play a vital role in delivering engaging and high-quality learning experiences to both 16-18-year-olds and adult learners. You will be responsible for planning and delivering lessons, assessing student progress, and providing academic and pastoral support. Beyond the classroom, you will guide students through their educational journey, supporting their personal development, tracking their progress, and helping them achieve their goals. You will also contribute to course development, employer engagement, and college initiatives, ensuring that our curriculum remains relevant and impactful.
