We believe that diversity and inclusion strengthen and enrich us, and that it is the responsibility of everyone at the City & Guilds Group to drive this value. We work hard to be inclusive in our approach to recruitment and associate opportunities, whilst still ensuring we meet our regulatory requirements. We strongly encourage and welcome applications from diverse and underrepresented communities.

Our IEPAs assess and document apprentices’ competence against Apprenticeship Standards. Provide advice and support on End-point Assessment sites and to the End-point Assessment Team. This role is a great opportunity to use your industry expertise, work alongside your current job, build additional income with competitive daily rates, and continue to expand your own skills and development.

To be considered for this role you must:

  • This vacancy is for the Electrical pathway of the Maintenance Operations & Engineering Technician (MOET) standard
  • Hold an assessor qualification(s)
  • Be qualified to a minimum of Level 3 within the Engineering discipline
  • Currently working within the industry
  • Have in depth knowledge and understanding of the Engineering sector

Applicants must also meet the criteria set out in the Maintenance Operations Engineering Technician person specification. If you would like to apply for the role please complete the online application, mapping your application to show where you meet the requirements set out. Applications that do not clearly show this are unlikely to move onto the next stage of our recruitment process. It is also important that you submit a detailed CPD log with your application that demonstrates how you have maintained competency in the industry, not just generic CPD training.

Following a successful review and vetting of your application, you will be invited to a training session for the Independent End-point Assessor (IEPA) role. Please note IEPAs are contracted on an annual basis and are not directly employed by the City & Guilds Group. We look forward to receiving your application for this exciting role with City & Guilds.
