Work Locations
As this is a community-based role, you will be traveling to support clients within their local communities. We proudly provide high-quality care across the local area, primarily covering: Radlett, Battlers Green, Wall Hall, and Shenley.
A full driving licence and access to your own vehicle is essential for this role due to the geographical nature of the rounds.

What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll help vulnerable clients live safely, comfortably, and independently in their own homes. Following personalised care plans designed to promote dignity and respect, your responsibilities will include:
- Personal care (washing, dressing, toileting, and incontinence care)
- Medication support (preparation and administration)
- Mobility support (including the safe use of aids and equipment)
- Mealtime support (preparing meals/snacks, and feeding if required)
- Light domestic duties (laundry, making beds, light cleaning)
- Companionship (building meaningful relationships and providing emotional support)
Qualifications
What You’ll Need (Besides a Cape!)
You don't need previous care experience. Some of our best Care Professionals have previously worked in Retail, Hospitality, Customer Service, Childcare, Education, Hair & Beauty, Warehousing, Office Administration—or have cared for family members or loved ones.
