We are looking for a caring and compassionate individual to support clients across South London as an Assigned Care Assistant. The role involves travelling between client locations, providing high‑quality, person‑centred care, and ensuring continuity of care.

Responsibilities
- Travelling between client locations to provide support where needed.
- Delivering compassionate, person‑centred care.
- Promoting independence, dignity, and wellbeing.
- Building positive relationships with clients through consistent support.
Working Pattern
- 5 shifts per week.
- A mix of day shifts, night shifts, and weekend work.
- Alternate weekends (one weekend on, one weekend off), supporting a healthy work‑life balance.
