What you’ll do: Join us as a Complex Care Assistant - a rewarding opportunity to expand your clinical skills while making a genuine difference. You'll be supporting a young gentleman with spina bifida and TEF, delivering overnight care that includes clinical monitoring, personal care, and condition management. You'll put your expertise in areas such as tracheotomy care and bowel management to meaningful use, while continuing to grow and develop in a supportive environment. No two shifts are the same, and each night, you'll play a key role in ensuring our client is safe, comfortable, and well-prepared for the day ahead, allowing his family to rest with peace of mind.
