The predicted salary is between 13 - 16 £ per hour.

Location: Harwich, Essex

Pay Rate: £13.00 per hour

Shifts Available: 12 – 24 hours per week | 9 am – 9 pm | Sat & Sun alternate weekends | occasional cover on weekdays

Access to a vehicle is required due to the nature of the role.

What you’ll do

We are looking for a Complex Care Assistant to support a client who is actively engaged in the community. The client enjoys a variety of activities, including swimming, visiting the zoo, day trips, walking, and visiting churches. Excellent communication skills are essential to provide effective support and help the client make the most of their social and recreational activities. If you are compassionate, reliable, and enjoy supporting an active lifestyle, this role is for you.

What you’ll need

You don’t need complex care experience to apply for this role as this is a fantastic opportunity to grow your skills and become part of a team that makes a real difference. You’ll receive full training and ongoing clinical support to develop in key areas such as tracheostomy care, ventilation, seizure management, and stoma care - and much more. You will need a full UK driving licence and be able to drive the clients manual mobility vehicle.
