Pay: £13.95 per hour, plus mileage
Shifts: Full-time (9am-5pm) with some on-call duties, care work, and weekend work.

What you’ll do:
- Support the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care across our community services, leading by example in the field and supporting both service users and care colleagues.
- Combine hands-on care with supervision and quality assurance, spending most of your time in the community with some office-based duties.
- Support and review individual care packages, including needs and risk assessments.
- Work with Care Coordinators to support effective rota planning.
- Supervise, mentor, and support Care Assistants in the field.
- Shadow new starters and carry out observations and competency checks.
- Take part in multi-disciplinary reviews and complete accurate records.
You’ll be a trusted senior presence, helping to maintain high standards of care and support team development.
