Join Our Award-Winning Team as a Support Worker at Mochride (Part of CCH Group). As a Constance Care Support Worker, you will deliver award-winning care to support our client in their own home to maintain their independence, dignity, and self-worth. Every day is different. Specifically, you will be helping a young man with personal care and you will be out on activities every day. Our client has his own vehicle (van) and a trailer which is used to transport him and his buggy, which he uses to go mountain rides. You must be a confident driver.
