Pay: £13.75 per hour

Shifts: Various shifts available:

  • 9.30 – 10.30 am Mon, Wed, Thurs, Fri and Sat
  • 9.30 -12.30 Tues and Sun

Driver required: Due to the client's location, a driver is required for this role.

What you’ll do:

This is a rewarding and person-centred role supporting a gentleman who lives with his wife and values their privacy and quality time together. He enjoys the companionship of his dog and is passionate about football, both watching and talking about the sport.

As a Complex Care Assistant, you will provide a high level of support tailored to his needs, including:

  • Personal care and manual handling
  • Bowel management using Peristeen
  • Meal preparation and household tasks such as cleaning and laundry
  • Offering companionship while respecting his need for space and privacy

This role is ideal for someone compassionate, respectful, and confident in delivering complex care in a home environment.

Qualifications:

You don’t need any social care experience to apply for this role. We’re more interested in your compassion and ability to care. You’ll need to be resilient and willing to learn new skills and develop your knowledge as part of a close-knit team. The successful candidate will have a full UK driving licence with access to a car.
