What you'll do:
Join us as a Complex Care Assistant and take the next step in your care career. We are seeking an experienced, compassionate, and reliable Complex Care Assistant to support a gentleman living with an acquired brain injury. This is a highly rewarding role where no two days are the same. The ideal candidate will demonstrate patience, consistency, and excellent communication skills, building positive interactions and providing person-centred care that promotes comfort, dignity, and independence.
As part of our dedicated care team, you will be responsible for reviewing and following the client’s support plan on a daily basis, adhering to infection control procedures, carrying out safety checks on equipment, and monitoring and administering clinical interventions in line with training and care protocols.

- Suctioning
- Catheter Care
- Stoma Care
- Medication Administration
- Moving & Handling Equipment
