What you’ll do:
- You’ll be joining a team supporting a Gentleman with a spinal cord injury who never allows the fact that he is a full-time wheelchair user to limit his ambition to live life to the full.
- From supporting him with his rehabilitation through daily physio and exercise programmes to supporting daily activities and trips out.
You are a caring, reliable and flexible person who relishes variety. No need for relevant qualifications or experience - full training will be given, including shift shadowing and support from team mates.
What you’ll need:
- We’re looking for compassionate, proactive individuals to join our dedicated support team, working with a gentleman living with a spinal cord injury.
- This rewarding role involves assisting with his ongoing rehabilitation, including daily physiotherapy and structured exercise programmes, as well as supporting him with day-to-day activities and social outings.
- You’ll play a vital role in promoting independence, wellbeing, and quality of life, while becoming part of a friendly and committed care team.
