What you'll do
As a
Waking Night Care Assistant , you'll provide essential overnight support to people in their own homes, helping them feel safe, comfortable, and independent throughout the night.
You'll
- Provide personal care with dignity and respect during overnight visits.
- Support with medication, mobility, and repositioning where required.
- Monitor wellbeing and respond calmly to any overnight needs.
- Offer reassurance and companionship to help people feel safe and secure.
- Complete light household tasks where appropriate to maintain a safe environment.
- Be a trusted part of a close-knit, local team delivering high-quality overnight care.
