Job Description
What you’ll do
Provide a professional out of hours’ telephone service to our Clients and Staff. Ensuring that calls are dealt with promptly and in an efficient manner, escalating all medical emergencies when required.
Qualifications
What you need
You must be capable of multi-tasking, working under pressure and to tight deadlines whilst ensuring that accuracy and attention to detail are maintained at all times. You must have good interpersonal skills and be able to liaise with Clients and Staff. Investigation and collating of information is central to the role.
