We’re looking for compassionate, reliable people to join our supportive Basildon branch team as Care Professionals.

You won't just be ticking off tasks; you'll be building relationships, providing vital companionship, and helping people maintain their dignity and independence. Work Locations: As part of our community team, you will be supporting clients across the following areas:
- Highly Targeted Areas (URGENT Vacancies!): SS17 & SS18 (Stanford-le-Hope and Corringham).
- Thurrock Area: Grays, Tilbury, Chadwell St Mary, Orsett, East Tilbury & Linford, Aveley & Purfleet-on-Thames, and Chafford Hundred.
- Basildon Area: Basildon, Pitsea, South Ockendon, Langdon Hills, Laindon, Billericay, Wickford, and West Horndon.
- Castle Point & Borders: Benfleet, Canvey Island, Rayleigh, Upminster, and Rainham.
Pay Rates & Mileage: We believe great work deserves great pay. You will receive: £12.71 to £13.21 per hour (depending on shift times and experience). Mileage paid for your travel between clients! Guaranteed hours available for the right candidates – giving you the security of regular work!
Shifts – 7 Days a Week: Day Shifts: 7:00/8:00 AM – 3:00/4:00 PM; Evening Shifts: 3:00/4:00 PM – 10:00 PM.
Requirements: Driver Essential: A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle is strictly required for travel between clients.
