As a Sit-In Care Assistant, you'll provide dedicated support and companionship to individuals in residential settings, helping them feel safe, comfortable, and valued.

You will:

  • Provide companionship and emotional support
  • Assist with daily living activities where required
  • Support residents with meals and refreshments
  • Encourage independence and social engagement
  • Monitor wellbeing and report any concerns to senior staff
  • Build positive relationships with residents, families, and colleagues
