We\’re currently recruiting Full-Time and Part-Time Care Assistants to join our passionate, dedicated team supporting service users across North London (Barnet Borough).

Work Locations

Serving local communities across the London Borough of Barnet, including:

Finchley – Friendly, leafy and family-orientated, with great transport links
Hendon – Green spaces, local shops and a strong community feel
Edgware – Diverse and welcoming, with excellent amenities
Colindale – Modern developments and vibrant, growing neighbourhoods
Mill Hill – Peaceful, residential area with parks and village charm

Pay & Benefits

Weekdays (Mon–Sat): Β£14.05 per hour
Sundays: Β£14.45 per hour

Shift Patterns

We offer flexible shifts to suit your lifestyle – our services run 7 days a week:
Day Shifts: 8:00/9:00 AM – 2:00/3:00 PM
Evening Shifts: 4:00 PM – 9:00 PM

Job Description

What You\’ll Be Doing

As a Care Professional, you\’ll provide essential home care and support, following personalised plans that put dignity and respect first.

Your key responsibilities include:
β€’ Personal care (bathing, dressing, toileting, grooming)
β€’ Medication support (preparation and administration)
β€’ Meal preparation and mealtime assistance
β€’ Mobility and equipment support
β€’ Light housekeeping (laundry, tidying, cleaning)
β€’ Companionship and emotional support

You\’ll also:
β€’ Encourage social engagement and family connections
β€’ Monitor health and report any changes
β€’ Maintain accurate documentation
β€’ Respond to emergencies safely and effectively
β€’ Work collaboratively with families and professionals

Qualifications

What You\’ll Need (Besides a Cape)

No experience? No problem
