Head of Nursing Telford Complex (CCA)

Join a leading Complex Care provider as Head of Nursing where you’ll oversee a regional team of nurses ensuring the highest standards of clinical care and service delivery.

In this key leadership role you’ll :

• Provide clinical leadership and guidance to nurses and care teams across your region.
• Ensure high-quality safe and compliant care is consistently delivered.
• Conduct and oversee clinical assessments audits and care planning.
• Support business growth through clinical input on new packages and client retention.
• Work closely with operational and senior clinical leaders to implement best practices.
• Build strong relationships with clients families commissioners and external professionals.

Qualifications :

You’re a qualified Nurse with strong clinical expertise in Complex Care and experience leading or supporting nursing teams. You’re confident in audits clinical governance and stakeholder engagement and passionate about driving standards of care.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative multi-disciplinary environment and wants to help shape high-quality person-centred care.
