Job Description

What you’ll do

The role of the Regional Manager is to oversee the delivery of high quality, legally compliant care support services within a designated geographical area, and in such a way that meets the business needs of CCH Group. You will provide leadership to Branch Managers in the region, which are a mix of domiciliary and extra care schemes.

What you need

  • We’re looking for an efficient, organised, and experienced Regional Manager who is passionate about delivering outstanding community care.
  • You will bring proven leadership and business development experience within a multi-site domiciliary care setting, along with strong budgeting, commercial, and operational management skills.
  • Your ability to lead, inspire, and develop teams will be key to ensuring the successful delivery of high-volume care hours across multiple contracts.

A full driving licence and access to a car are essential for this role.
