We are currently recruiting for Full and Part-Time Male Support Workers / Care Assistants (Bengali Speaking) to join our dedicated team supporting a family in the E2 9 area of London.

Work Location: Based within the E2 9 postcode area

  • Monday–Friday: £13.85 per hour
  • Saturday: £14.00 per hour
  • Sunday: £14.20 per hour

Our services operate 7 days a week, with flexible shift patterns available:

  • Day shifts: 08:00/09:00 – 14:00/15:00
  • Evening shifts: 16:00 – 22:00

About the Role: You will be supporting a Bengali-speaking family with daily living activities, helping them to maintain independence, dignity, and quality of life within their own home and community. Due to the nature of the support required — including personal care for a male service user and communication within a Bengali-speaking household — we are seeking candidates who can communicate fluently in Bengali and meet the specific cultural and personal needs of the family. No two days are the same. This is a rewarding role where you will build meaningful relationships and make a genuine difference every day.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting with personal care in a respectful and dignified manner
  • Promoting independence, choice, and wellbeing
  • Supporting with daily routines, meal preparation, and household tasks
  • Providing companionship and emotional support
  • Supporting access to the community and social activities
  • Administering or prompting medication where required
  • Monitoring and reporting changes in health or wellbeing

Qualifications: What We’re Looking For

We welcome both experienced carers and those new to care — full training will be provided. You will be:

  • A confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills
