We are actively recruiting for compassionate Male and Female Support Workers / Care Assistants to join our dedicated teams supporting service users across the heart of East London.
Work Locations Available: Bethnal Green, Whitechapel, Stepney, Mile End, Spitalfields, Cambridge Heath, Haggerston, Shoreditch, and the surrounding areas.
Pay Rates:
- Monday–Friday: £13.85 per hour
- Saturday: £14.00 per hour
- Sunday: £14.20 per hour
Highly Flexible Shift Patterns: Our services operate 7 days a week. We are currently looking for staff to cover a variety of shift patterns, including:
- Early & Day Shifts: 07:00 – 18:00 | 07:30 – 16:00 | 08:00 – 14:00
- Evening Shifts: 16:00 – 21:00 | 16:00 – 22:00 | 18:00 – 21:00
- Split Shifts: e.g., 08:00 – 14:00 AND 18:00 – 21:00
About the Roles: You’ll play a vital role in supporting our service users to live independently, with dignity and confidence. Because we provide highly tailored, person-centred care, we are currently looking to fill specific packages that require:
- Female Care Assistants for morning, day, and evening blocks.
- Male Care Assistants for day and evening blocks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting individuals with daily living activities and personal care with the utmost dignity.
- Promoting independence, dignity, and choice.
- Encouraging participation in hobbies, interests, and community activities.
- Providing companionship and emotional support.
- Assisting with meal preparation, household tasks, and medication.
- Supporting mobility and rehabilitation after hospital stays.
What Else You’ll Help With:
- Companionship – conversations, activities, outings
- Nutrition & Mealtimes – cooking nutritious meals, considering dietary and cultural needs
- Mobility Assistance – transfers, walking support, use of aids
- Health Monitoring – observing and reporting changes in condition
- Social Inclusion – helping maintain community and family connections
- Emotional Support – empathy, reassurance, and a listening ear
- Safety & Emergency Response – creating safe environments, acting quickly when needed
- Collaboration – working closely with colleagues, professionals, and families
Qualifications What We’re Looking For: We welcome both experienced carers and those new to care—full training is provided! We are seeking individuals who are:
