Shifts Available: 7 days a week
- Day: 06:00/07:00 β 14:00
- Evening: 14:00 β 22:00/23:00

Your Role: Care Professional
You will deliver essential support to clients in their own homes, following personalised care plans designed to uphold dignity, respect, and independence.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing personal care (bathing, dressing, toileting, grooming)
- Assisting with medication (preparation and administration)
- Supporting with mobility and safe use of aids/equipment
- Preparing meals and snacks, offering mealtime assistance
- Carrying out light domestic duties (laundry, making beds, light cleaning)
- Offering companionship and building meaningful, positive relationships
What Else You Will Help With:
- Companionship β conversations, activities, outings
- Medication Management β collecting prescriptions, reminders, safe administration
- Nutrition & Mealtimes β cooking nutritious meals, considering dietary needs
- Housekeeping β light cleaning, laundry, tidying
- Mobility Assistance β transfers, walking support, use of aids
- Health Monitoring β observing and reporting changes in condition
- Social Inclusion β helping maintain community and family connections
- Emotional Support β empathy, reassurance, and a listening ear
- Documentation β accurate record keeping
- Safety & Emergency Response β creating safe environments, acting quickly when needed
- Collaboration β working closely with colleagues, professionals, and families
