What You'll Be Doing
As a Care Assistant, you'll help clients live safely, comfortably, and independently in their own homes by following personalised care plans. Your role will include:
- Personal care (washing, bathing, dressing, toileting, continence care)
- Medication support and assistance
- Meal preparation and help with eating & drinking
- Shopping and everyday practical tasks
- Light household duties (laundry, tidying, cleaning, changing beds)
- Supporting mobility and use of aids and equipment
- Providing companionship, reassurance, and emotional support

No experience? No problem! We provide full, paid training — all you need is compassion, reliability, and the drive to make a real difference. We require:
- Genuine compassion and respect for others
- Strong communication and listening skills
