You will be working as part of a large HR team and will be confident in your approach to make decisions and support managers to make sometimes difficult people decisions. Monitoring and providing advice to managers on absence management. You will support the HRBP to develop, monitor and review policies in line with current legislation and best practice on issues such as:
- Working conditions
- Performance management
- Equal opportunities
- Disciplinary procedures
- Absence management
A minimum of 3 years HR Advisor experience in a fast-paced organisation. CIPD part qualified or related qualification (support available to help continue your qualifications). Real career progression. We’re growing, and that means opportunities for you to grow too.
