We are recruiting for two Branch Manager positions. One Branch Manager will be responsible for four Extra Care Schemes: Evelyn Sharp House (HP2 4RX), Swan Field Court (AL6 9HN), Fred Millard Court (SG1 1UQ) and Silkin Court (SG2 9PT). The second Branch Manager will oversee three Extra Care Schemes: Bircherley Court (SG14 1RL), Calton Court (SG14 2EG) and Parkside (CM23 4EL).
You will also be responsible for compliance for quality internally and for regulators and contract holders. The role will also assume CQC Registered Manager responsibilities for these schemes.

You will need to be an efficient, organised and experienced manager who is passionate about providing the best in community care with solid understanding of the statutory and regulatory framework relating to the group’s range of services. You will also need good budget, business management and commercial skills to succeed in this role.
