What Youโ€™ll Do:

As a Care Professional, youโ€™ll provide essential care and support in the homes of our clients, following personalised care plans that put dignity and respect at the heart of everything you do.

Your role will include:

  • ๐Ÿ’™ Supporting with personal care โ€“ bathing, dressing, toileting, incontinence care
  • ๐Ÿ’Š Assisting with medication โ€“ preparation and administration
  • ๐Ÿšถ Helping with mobility โ€“ including use of aids and equipment
  • ๐Ÿค Providing companionship โ€“ building meaningful relationships

As a Care Assistant, your role goes far beyond tasks โ€“ itโ€™s about making every day brighter and safer for the people you support. Youโ€™ll also help with:

๐Ÿค Companionship โ€“ being a friendly face and preventing loneliness through conversations, activities, and outings.

๐Ÿ’™ Personal Care โ€“ supporting all aspects of personal hygiene (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting) while always maintaining dignity and privacy.

๐Ÿ’Š Medication Management โ€“ collecting prescriptions, providing reminders, and assisting with administration in line with care plans.

๐Ÿฒ Nutrition & Mealtimes โ€“ preparing tasty, nutritious meals tailored to preferences and dietary needs, plus feeding support where needed.

๐Ÿก Housekeeping โ€“ keeping the home comfortable and tidy, including light cleaning, laundry, and making beds.

๐Ÿšถ Mobility Assistance โ€“ helping clients move safely, including transfers, walking support, and the use of mobility aids.

๐Ÿ‘€ Health Monitoring โ€“ observing and reporting any changes in condition to healthcare professionals and family.

๐ŸŒ Social Inclusion โ€“ encouraging community involvement and helping maintain strong family/friend connections.

๐Ÿ’ฌ Emotional Support โ€“ offering empathy, reassurance, and a listening ear to reduce anxiety or distress.

๐Ÿ“ Documentation โ€“ keeping accurate care records, noting incidents, and tracking changes in wellbeing.
