Every day will be different, as you will need patience, reliability and flexibility to be part of this existing team. The client is a very independent elderly lady who needs assistance with feeding, monitoring her blood pressure and supporting with her medication. Sensitivity, great communication, the ability to motivate while being respectful of our client's daily routines, offering suggestions and warm caring support is the key to this position.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in community care would be extremely advantageous for this position.
- The ability to administer routinely prescribed medications, and clear and concise communication skills are essential for this position.
