This is an excellent opportunity to enhance your current skill base and join us as a Children’s Complex Care Assistant. You will receive full training and clinical support to develop and enhance skills in various complex areas such as tracheotomy, ventilation, and managing our client with autism in their own home.

Qualifications

Previous experience in childcare with ventilation care and tracheostomy care and dealing with challenging behaviours is preferred but not essential.
