We\’re currently recruiting Full-Time and Part-Time Care Assistants to join our passionate, dedicated team supporting service users across North London (Barnet Borough) .
Serving local communities across the London Borough of Barnet , including:
Finchley – Friendly, leafy and family-orientated, with great transport links
Hendon – Green spaces, local shops and a strong community feel
️ Edgware – Diverse and welcoming, with excellent amenities
Colindale – Modern developments and vibrant, growing neighbourhoods
Mill Hill – Peaceful, residential area with parks and village charm
We offer flexible shifts to suit your lifestyle – our services run 7 days a week:
Day Shifts: 8:00/9:00 AM – 2:00/3:00 PM
Evening Shifts: 4:00 PM – 9:00 PM

Job DescriptionWhat You\’ll Be Doing
As a Care Professional , you\’ll provide essential home care and support, following personalised plans that put dignity and respect first.
You\’ll also:
Encourage social engagement and family connections
Monitor health and report any changes
Maintain accurate documentation
️ Respond to emergencies safely and effectively
Work collaboratively with families and professionals
