The Role: As a Mobile Cleaner / Supervisor, you'll be a key member of our team, helping to maintain exceptional service standards across multiple locations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide cleaning cover when required
- Support and supervise teams across multiple sites
- Deliver cleaning stock and equipment when required
- Respond quickly and efficiently to site issues
- Assist with stock control and ordering requirements
- Deliver training and support to frontline teams
- Ensure consistently high cleaning standards are maintained

- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
- Ability to support, motivate, and develop team members
- Excellent communication skills at all levels
- Confident working independently with minimal supervision
- Flexible and dependable team player

Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role
