🧹 The Role
As a Mobile Cleaner / Supervisor, you'll be a key member of our team, helping to maintain exceptional service standards across multiple locations.
📋 Key Responsibilities
🧼 Provide cleaning cover when required
👥 Support and supervise teams across multiple sites
📦 Deliver cleaning stock and equipment when required
⚡ Respond quickly and efficiently to site issues
📊 Assist with stock control and ordering requirements
🎓 Deliver training and support to frontline teams
🌟 Ensure consistently high cleaning standards are maintained

✔️ Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
✔️ Ability to support, motivate, and develop team members
✔️ Excellent communication skills at all levels
✔️ Confident working independently with minimal supervision
✔️ Flexible and dependable team player
✔️ Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
🎯 Skills & Qualifications
✅ Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role
✅ Knowledge of Health & Safety requirements and best practices
✅ Full UK Driving Licence (Essential) 🚐
