The Role

As a Hall Cleaner, you'll play a key role in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for visitors, staff, and guests. Your attention to detail and commitment to high standards will help ensure the hall and surrounding facilities are presented to the highest level every day.

Position Details

  • Location: Portsmouth, PO1 2**
  • Hours: Monday to Friday, 6:00am to 8:00am
  • Weekly Hours: 10 hours per week
  • Pay Rate: £12.71 per hour
  • Start Date: 1 October 2026
  • Contract Type: Permanent, Part-Time

Your Responsibilities

  • Cleaning and sanitising hall areas, entrances, and communal spaces
  • Cleaning glass panels, doors, and internal windows
  • Vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping floors
  • Cleaning and sanitising washroom facilities
  • Emptying bins and disposing of waste responsibly
  • Maintaining high standards of cleanliness throughout the venue
  • Monitoring and ordering cleaning supplies using our online system
  • Communicating with the office team when required
