Role Objective
This is an exciting opportunity to join the Operations and Services Team at Citrus Group in this newly created role. The successful candidate will be a critical support to the efficient operations across the Citrus Group of companies.
Key Areas of Responsibility
- Opening & preparation of the site on a daily basis;
- Induction of Trainers to site, greeting and registration of delegates;
- Ensure smooth operation of site, including allocation of paperwork and other course resources, filling of coffee machines, liaising with cleaners;
- Filling of confined space equipment and allocation of kit to courses;
- Carrying out maintenance and inspection of owned small plant equipment;
- Ordering spares and replacement equipment as required;
- Managing supplies to trainers including fuel supplies;
- Premptive inspection of hired in equipment and liaison with subcontract hire company;
- Inspection and monitoring of site condition, internal and external;
- Liaise with trainers, other facilities staff and suppliers as required;
- Assisting with movement of materials around head office site;
- Any other duties/tasks as required.
The Person
Knowledge
- Previous experience in supervision of a similar site and type of site is essential;
- Experience is liaising with subcontract equipment suppliers;
- Excellent organisational skills;
- Current and valid driving licence is essential

Hours
Monday to Friday 07:00 – 16:00
The successful candidate will need a flexible approach to working hours to accommodate the needs of our clients and the business.
Subject to experience.
Holiday - 25 Days per annum, plus bank holidays (3 or 4 days to be saved for a shutdown at Christmas).
