Citrus Recruit are excited to be recruiting for a Sales Account Manager to cover the Northeast. Our client is an automotive insurance-based company, who operate across the UK and Europe. The company is a leading provider of insurance and warranties in the automotive market. Your role will involve meeting and speaking to independent and franchised dealerships across your patch.
We are looking for someone who can provide high-quality account management and is driven to increase sales across the area. The role is remote, but you must live within or around Newcastle upon Tyne, Durham, Teesside/Cleveland, Darlington, Harrogate, or York.
As a Sales Account Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Successfully managing accounts by implementing effective strategies, analysing performance, and suggesting improvements for the client where required.
- Tracking performance by producing sales forecasting reports on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
- Having a proven track record of sales achievement – preferably selling into the automotive industries.
- Being highly competent in the use of all modern IT systems and CRM tools.
- Exhibiting a solid customer service attitude with excellent negotiation skills.
- Having experience in the automotive sector.
Additional benefits include a £7,000 car allowance, 25 days holiday, an additional birthday day off, a buy annual leave scheme, death in service, private healthcare, and a pension with a 5% employee contribution and 4% employer contribution. There is also a cycle to work scheme.
