Citrus Recruit are excited to be recruiting exclusively on behalf of our client for a Business Development Manager. You will be working alongside a small friendly office and supporting the growth of a new product line. We’re looking for someone who has experience within a Business Development or Sales role with proven product knowledge of Laser Welding/ Welding or cleaning machinery.
Responsibilities & day to day duties
- Build a sales pipeline for a new innovation product - Laser Welding/ Cleaning Machinery.
- Meetings with the customer base (industrial market, automotive, medical) in the UK and Europe.
- Develop, maintain, and execute a territory plan.
- Participating with the engineering team day by day in technical meetings to understand all possibilities and machine technology.
- Lead generation and qualification, handling all inbound customer enquiries and creating quotations.
- Working on CRM, Subject, SAP, and Excel.
- Support the Product Manager for Laser Welding.
- Attend networking events, and customer meetings, providing product demonstrations.
Skills & experience required
- Sales/ Business Development experience within Laser Welding/ Welding, or Engineering.
- Proven track record of bringing on new business and growing accounts.
- Full driving license and happy to travel.
