Citrus Recruit are excited to be recruiting for a Project Assistant for a company in North Cardiff who provide Project Management services to public and private sector clients. They specialise in providing strategic advice and support to organisations, often focusing on areas such as project management, process improvement, and organisational development to help their clients achieve their goals.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a recent graduate to join a small but growing company, with a clear progression route and opportunity to enhance your skills. We are looking for someone with excellent communication, organisation and time management skills, who can demonstrate the ability to communicate with a variety of different stakeholders.
Responsibilities & day to day dutiesAs a Project Assistant, you will be responsible for:
- Acting as a point of contact for clients and contractors, communicating via the phone and on emails.
- Manage teams/ online meetings and working closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project delivery – set up these meetings including invitations, schedules and attendance.
- Manage and communicate with separate parties to ensure actions and deliverables are on time, followed up and moved forward.
- Time management of key projects.
- Drafting update reports, both internally and for clients and reviewing, analysing reports and data.
- Supporting your team and/or project manager in completion of their tasks.
- Attending site visits to live projects when required.
- Recently degree educated.
- Excellent communication, organisation and time management skills.
- Confidence to speak to law firms, investment companies, contractors and facility management companies.
- Salary of £25,000.
- 20 days + BH + Christmas shutdown (Increases with service).
