Job Description
- Manage your sales pipeline, speaking to prospective companies and handling both inbound and outbound sales calls
- Hit individual and team KPIs and targets
- Prospect new clients via phone calls, email, and social selling
- Build strong relationships quickly using a consultative sales approach
Skills & experience required as a Business Development Executive
- 18 months’ experience in a desk-based sales role, making outbound calls to either B2C or B2B
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Proactive, self-motivated, and resilient in your approach to sales
