Citrus Recruit are excited to be recruiting exclusively for an Internal Sales Support Coordinator for a small but growing business just outside of Birmingham City Centre. You will be supporting the external sales team, with project management and sales support, dealing with clients on a day to day basis during all aspects of the sales pipeline. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with Internal Sales/ Sales Support experience looking for a new challenge in a new industry with development opportunities. This is an office-based position, where you will be in the office just outside Birmingham City Centre Monday to Friday.
As an Internal Sales Support, you will be responsible for:
- Manage and update all live project information in Salesforce, ensuring data is accurate and ready for the sales team
- Act as the first point of contact for enquiries, qualifying new leads and progressing early-stage opportunities
- Produce quotations and visual “picture quotes,” gathering any missing drawings or specifications needed to move projects forward
- Coordinate samples, product details, and follow-up communication while liaising with internal teams on stock and dispatch
- Make regular outbound calls to update project statuses, book meetings for Field Sales, and identify new opportunities from industry sources
- Maintain momentum across the pipeline by revisiting quoted, dormant, or stalled projects and capturing feedback or next steps
- Support wider commercial activity through CRM housekeeping, forecasting support, reporting, and preparation for client presentations

- Exceptionally organised with a strong eye for detail
- Confident with customers on both the phone and on email
- Ability to multitask across different projects and different tasks
