Citrus Recruit are excited to be working in partnership with a global software company based in Birmingham, to recruit for an experienced Swedish speaking Marketeer. This Regional Marketing role is a hands-on, campaign delivery-based role where you will be working closely with the Marketing Manager to execute the marketing strategy across the UK and Sweden.

You must be comfortable with all aspects of marketing across both languages, including content writing, social media, PR, website management and supporting the sales teams. This is a hybrid role where you must be happy to travel to Birmingham either every week, or every other week. The successful candidate must be fluent in English and Swedish.

Responsibilities & day to day duties

  • Deliver agreed marketing campaigns across the UK and Sweden
  • Run webinars, events and local market activities
  • Localise and adapt content and assets for the Swedish market
  • Support sales teams with campaign follow-up, lead progression and named-account activity
  • Execute customer marketing programmes to drive retention, upsell and cross-sell
  • Coordinate local PR activity in line with regional priorities
  • Work closely with central marketing teams on planning, assets and delivery
  • Translate central marketing plans into strong, effective execution in the local market

Skills & experience required

  • Experience in a similar Marketing role for at least 2 years
  • Fluent in English and Swedish
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM and other marketing tools for website management, design and social media

  • Salary of up to £69,000
