As an Account Manager, you’ll be the main point of contact for your customer base, delivering an exceptional service experience. You’ll manage incoming enquiries, create accurate quotations, and ensure all activity is recorded on CRM systems. This is not a sales role – instead, it’s focused on service excellence, account ownership, and operational accuracy.

  • Handle incoming queries via phone and email
  • Record all customer interactions and quotes within CRM systems
  • Process orders and manage high volumes of detailed data
  • Liaise with third-party suppliers to support quotation building
  • Follow up on quotes and support customers throughout the process

Confident working with numbers and data (strong numeracy skills essential). Proficient in Excel and comfortable using CRM systems. A strong communicator who enjoys building relationships.
