Citrus Recruit are excited to be recruiting for a Renewals Account Manager for a rapidly growing software company in Bath. As a Renewals Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in renewing and extending active customer contracts. This is a hybrid role, where you will be expected to be in the Bath office 2 days per week. This company offers excellent growth opportunities and progression.
As a Renewals Account Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Sending professional, high-quality renewal proposals and identifying upsell opportunities.
- Maintaining accurate records through CRM applications and delivering timely weekly reports.
- Successfully handing over renewed customers back to the Customer Success team.
Account Management or Renewal or Sales experience within software is desirable. Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, organisational prowess, and emotional intelligence are required. You should be self-motivated, inquisitive, and performance-driven with a positive attitude. Comfort with MS Office suite and CRM systems is essential.
