Citrus Recruit are excited to be working with a global organisation to recruit for an experienced Service and Warranty Administrator. We are looking for someone who can take ownership of service and warranty jobs from start to finish, act as the key link between customers and the wider engineering organisation, and ensure every contract, enquiry and site visit runs smoothly. You will be managing multiple priorities, building strong customer relationships and be responsible for keeping operations moving with precision. The ideal candidate will come from an Administrator background, within a manufacturing environment or something similar.
Responsibilities & day to day duties
- Raise and process all service and warranty jobs, managing each case end‑to‑end and reporting to Finance for invoicing.
- Act as the main interface between customers and the team, overseeing orders from initiation to fulfilment.
- Manage customer contracts and accounts, ensuring accuracy, compliance and strong commercial relationships.
- Produce quotations for field service work and liaise with customers to agree labour and expense rates.
- Work with Engineering and Parts teams to identify required parts and raise part numbers for field service activities.
- Deliver professional customer service, handling enquiries, complaints, specifications and inventory availability.
Skills & experience required
- Experience in an Administration role, ideally within a manufacturing environment.
- IT Literate - Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point).
- Experience of working with ERP Systems.
- Experience in a customer care/ after sales support role.
Benefits package
- Salary of up to £30,000.
- Bonus paid annually – 3%.
- 37.5 hours per week. Hours 8-4 (some flexibility).
