Citrus Recruit are excited to be working with a leading manufacturing business seeking a B2B Account Manager. You will be a key member providing a high level of customer service to an existing client base with complete accountability for your own customers.
As the Account Manager, you will be required to have both phone and email contact with your customer base. Taking the clients' requirements and creating quotations for your customers accurately and recorded on the CRM systems, with the detail provided. This can be anything from a simple quote to a complex quotation comprising many elements, which will include liaising with third parties. This is a fast-paced role and each day isn’t the same; this will require excellent organisation, mathematics, and communication skills. Full training will be provided to support the understanding of their product range and how the company operates, allowing you to grow within and beyond the position.
Key Responsibilities of an Account Manager:- B2B Account Management handling and order processing – this isn’t a sales role
- Client contact via phone and email, supporting your existing clients' requirements
- Provide and follow up on accurate quotes created for the customer using set prices
- Accurately input simple to complex quotations onto the CRM
- Work with high volume and accurate data
- You will be required to contact third-party suppliers regularly to support the quotations you will be completing
- Excellent usage of Excel
